About Online Accounts

In our ongoing effort to modernize the Kent County Chamber of Commerce and add efficiencies for both chamber administrators and members, we are proud to partner with GrowthZone, a company that specializes in association management software, to empower our members to create free online accounts with the Kent Chamber.

By creating a free online account with the Kent Chamber, members will unlock the ability to quickly and easily:

• Update their directory information

• Pay membership renewal and other invoices online with a credit card

• Register for events

 How to Create an Account

To take advantage of these new features, follow the simple steps below.

1. Go to https://kentcountychamberofcommerce.growthzoneapp.com/MIC/Create 

2. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and your Email Address 

3. Click Submit to create your account [If you see an error, make sure the email address you entered is the primary email address we have on file for your business or organization. Not sure what we have on file? Email us at marketing@kentchamber.org]

4. Check your inbox for an activation email and follow the link inside the email (you may need to check your SPAM folder)

5. Create a new username and password 

6. Sign in using the username and password you created 

7. Enjoy the features of our new software.
