Kent Chamber Cuts the Ribbon at Modern Stone Age Kitchen

The Kent Chamber joined owners Christina and Bill Schindler for a ribbon cutting to celebrate the official opening of the Modern Stone Age Kitchen, an innovative Foodery in Chestertown, MD that fuses ancestral foodways with modern techniques based on Dr. Bill Schindler's research in learning how to "Eat Like a Human."

Christina and Bill were joined by family, employees, friends, and passionate customers to commemorate the occasion. Following the ribbon-cutting, Dr. Bill Schindler read a passage from his new book “Eat Like a Human: Nourishing Foods and Ancient Ways of Cooking to Revolutionize Your Health.”
