The Kent County Chamber of Commerce excitedly joined Karla Robinson, Vice President of Community Partnerships, Mark Weldon, Director of Marketing and Business Development, and other staff at Optimal Health Care, Inc. for a ribbon cutting on Thursday, September 16 to celebrate the opening of their newest business location in Chestertown, MD.

Mark Weldon, Director of Marketing and Business Development said, "I am so excited to have our newest location here in Chestertown! We look forward to partnering with local organizations to create a healthier Kent County and Eastern Shore!"

Founded in 2008, Optimal Health Care, Inc. started as a health services company with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals providing high-quality health care in Washington county. We have grown to include multiple divisions across Maryland including Home Health Care, Fingerprinting, DDA Coordination of Community Services, Private Duty Nursing, and Medical Equipment supplies.

Karla Robeson, Vice President of Community Partnerships said "We think that our Medicare Skilled Home Health care will be a valuable addition to Chestertown and the surrounding communities. Helping people return home after surgery or any hospital stay and finish their healing in their own homes is what we strive to do. We also think our fingerprinting services will help local businesses streamline their background check procedures."

In addition, Optimal Health Care, Inc. offers classes in CPR and First Aid as well as Med Tech re-certification. Optimal Health has a proven track record in working with community colleges in our region to provide Home Health Aide training and certification programs.
