Delmarva Community Services is Seeking Input for Five-Year Transit Development Plan for Caroline, Kent, and Talbot Counties: Survey Available Online and at Key Locations
Delmarva Community Transit, operated by Delmarva Community Services, Inc. is in the process of updating a Five-Year Transit Development Plan for public transportation services in Caroline, Kent, and Talbot Counties. A public survey is being conducted as part of the planning process. The purpose of the survey is to enable area residents to voice their opinions concerning public transportation in the region and to discover what type of transit improvements should be considered for the five-year period.
The survey is being conducted between July 1 and July 31. The survey is available online at the following links:

In addition to the public survey, a survey of major employers will be conducted, and a rider survey is being conducted onboard the vehicles. The Five-Year Transit Development Plan is expected to be completed by November 2021.
