Kent Attainable Housing, Inc. Held an Open House & Ribbon Cutting to Commemorate the Opening of Their New Office Location in Chestertown

On Friday, February 17, 2023, with over 80 community members and leaders in attendance, Kent Attainable Housing, Inc. (KAH) celebrated the opening of its new office location with a Kent County Chamber of Commerce sponsored Ribbon Cutting and a KAH Open House. This location marks the first physical location for KAH to run operations since its founding in 2019.

KAH is delighted to have a physical space to house its full-time staff, Dylan Grimes, Chief Development & Community Engagement Officer, and Terwana Brown, Program Manager. As well as have a private space to meet with clients and conduct financial literacy and budget management workshops for its Future Homeowners Program. KAH envisions this space as an opportunity to collaborate and connect with our community members and partners to serve more residents of Kent County.

Kent Attainable Housing, Inc. constructs affordable homes and rehabilitates existing homes to sell to limited-income, hardworking families to enable them to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty.
