Briefly Describe Your Business: KVN Partners serves business owners with intentional consulting as they navigate and lead through transformational and transitional phases. We believe that change is inevitable and, most importantly, manageable. Most of our conversations with business owners begin with the topic of growth. We believe that while a business owner is working toward the next growth phase, three business components ought to be continuously and critically reviewed and assessed:  

- organizational/operational 
- product/market
- customer/value 

To help our clients, we advise, coach, and deploy best practices such as Operational Process Improvement and Management specifically in terms of business development and growth strategies, client segmentation and client operations, product development, process efficiency, and operational financial management.

It is our mission to coach and consult with those owners who want accelerated returns and meaningful value throughout all business activities. Doing this is not easy. What Do You Like About The Kent County Community?: The opportunities to start, lead, join, volunteer, and participate in everything and anything are boundless. Also, the chances to relax, dream, think, and create come easy. As a tight-knit community that cherishes engagement, the community honors entrepreneurial spirit which is very important to KVN Partners.

People say that life in a small town is slower paced but I have found the opposite due to the bounty of things to take part of on a daily basis. The difference is I chose the pace; the place doesn't. I have found that Kent County respects that individual freedom.

What Do You Like About Doing Business In And Around Kent County?: Businesses in Kent County encourage KVN Partners to go off road and get creative in order to identify the things that are making them stuck - what they may not see or have been unwilling to discuss until now. We call those things "whirl" - the noise of daily tactical business life that stops businesses from conscious decision making. Owners are also interested in KVN understanding the "whole business" — not just the small piece. As our coaching, advisory, and consulting projects and outcomes are individually designed and unique to the needs of the business, this community embraces our holistic approach that deep dives into solving the root of the challenges.

Is There Anything Else You Want Members To Know About Your Business?: The KVN Partners have a history of successful business management and consulting experience, various leadership roles, and an array of required business relationship building and coaching skills. Our core consultants possess an average tenure of 15 years in business leadership. You need a team capable of helping you make real change and great decisions. Our team likes to have fun with clients, but we also have tough work to do! 

Consultants advise and consult on a one-on-one basis with managers and leaders adopting and adapting a mentoring relationship. They will also facilitate group discussions, develop session material, and create work plans based upon the output of the sessions.
