Kent School to Host CommuniTEE Golf Tournament

Kent School looks forward to hosting the CommuniTEE Golf Tournament. The Tournament will take place at the Chester River Yacht & Country Club on Friday, May 12, 2023.

The Tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 1:00 pm, which includes a box lunch and follow a step-aside scramble format. A Happy Hour reception will follow the tournament. Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams. Games will include Longest Drive, Most Accurate Drive, and Closet to the Pin. Make a hole in one on the 16th Hole and win the $10,000 prize! The registration fee is $150 per golfer or $600 per foursome. This year, each golfer will receive a soft-sided insulated tote among other favors as a thank you for participating.

Sponsorships are available. See the Kent School website at www.kentschool.org/giving for more information.

Nancy Mugele, Head of Kent School said, “The Golf Tournament is vitally important to Kent School. Proceeds from this event are used to supplement our annual budget, and support every student, teacher, and program at Kent School. We invite Kent School parents, grandparents, alumni, friends and anyone who would enjoy a round of golf in May to join us.”

Once again, Jamie Kirkpatrick, Kent School Trustee and avid CRYCC golfer, has helped to coordinate the golf tournament. Jamie says, “It’s always fun to be on the course with friends and even more fun when it’s for a good cause. This is always a great tournament and we deeply appreciate everyone’s support!”

Please note that registration for this event is extremely limited. Register today to secure your spot. If you have any questions, please contact Victoria Corcoran, Director of Development & Alumni Relations, at 410-778-4100, vcorcoran@kentschool.org.
