The Study highlights data from Caroline, Dorchester, Kent, Talbot, and Queen Anne’s counties, and identifies opportunities for businesses to be more inclusive, diverse, and accessible, and examines employment gaps for Direct Support Professionals (DSP). The seminar will examine the study’s findings and discuss the importance of inclusion in the workplace as well as valuing an essential workforce.
