A holiday tradition at Kent County High School returns this week as retired science teacher Dennis Herrmann presents the 37th annual Planetarium Christmas Show.
The Planetarium Christmas Show is being produced by the high school's radio station 90.5 FM WKHS.
Admission is free and seasonal refreshments will be served.
For All Seasons Offers Human Trafficking Education for Community Organizations and Mandated Reporters
For All Seasons is offering free training, Human Trafficking 101, both online and in person throughout the five-county area. Susan Ahlstrom, Human Trafficking Regional Navigator, is eager to share with as many community members as possible information about human trafficking in our region – the intersection of online safety and trafficking, and the fact that trafficking knows no boundaries as it affects individuals who are young, old, rich, poor, LGBTQ+, male, or female.

Shore Legal Access recently welcomed Abigale Detrich as its fall semester Sandy Brown Public Interest Intern. Shore Legal Access is a nonprofit legal assistance organization that uses the legal system to protect and advance the economic stability of limited-means individuals and households on Maryland's Eastern Shore. Detrich, of Federalsburg, works with the organization’s Mid-Shore staff at its Easton office.
