The Historical Society of Kent County, a non-profit organization dedicated to collecting and telling the stories of Kent County, has been awarded an Operations Grant in the amount of $10,000 from the Maryland Humanities Council.
The Board of Directors of the Historical Society of Kent County is pleased to announce Erika Q. Sturgill has been selected as Executive Director of the non-profit organization dedicated to Kent County’s history.
The Executive Director will be responsible for managing the Society’s operations, Bordley History Center headquarters, staff, volunteers, and programs. The Executive Director will work closely with the 16-member Society Board of Directors and the several Society committees.
