Wrench & Socket Organizational Strategy and Effectiveness (W&S) is pleased to announce that its founder and CEO Tim Lavery has been retained by Leadership Maryland to support its 2026 Executive Program. Mr. Lavery will serve as one of two facilitators for the nomination-based program involving exceptional leaders from every region of the state of Maryland.

One of the premier statewide organizations for executive leadership development in the United States, Leadership Maryland’s Executive Program focuses on senior/executive-level leaders with extensive professional backgrounds who have made significant contributions to their organizations, industries, and/or communities. In his role as co-facilitator, Mr. Lavery will design and deliver workshop content, moderate panel discussions, and engage participants to ensure they get the most out of this intensive, eight-month program.
