Tina Grace Jones of Cordova has been appointed Chief Financial Officer at For All Seasons. Tina is a For All Seasons senior leadership team member responsible for financial planning and budgeting, accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, treasury services, and risk management. She also develops cost proposals and assures compliance with all grant requirements, and is responsible for human resources, payroll, and employee health and welfare programs.

The Historical Society of Kent County has been gifted the original drawings and research files of the late Michael Bourne by the Bourne family. The drawings and files include all those Bourne did when researching his iconic book, Historic Houses of Kent County, as well as those Bourne also did for other historic structures within Kent County.

University of Maryland Shore Regional Health’s plans for construction of a new Regional Medical Center (RMC) in Easton have moved a step forward as hospital officials have received notice that the Maryland Health Care Commission has docketed the application for the project’s Certificate of Need (CON).
Echo Hill Outdoor School Announces New Dockside Exhibit
Chestertown’s waterfront just got a lot more interesting, thanks to a new outdoor exhibit created by Echo Hill Outdoor School. Along the dock near the Outdoor School’s floating fleet, a new series of signs, interactive stations and displays tell the story of the Chesapeake’s working waterfronts, vessels, maritime communities and culture.
Compass to Host Fall Patient Care Volunteer Training
Compass will be offering their three-day training session for any individuals interested in becoming a patient care volunteer. The training session is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. October 6, 13, & 20. Pink Polar Bear Golf Raises Funds over $10,000 For Eleanor & Ethel Leh Women’s Center
Members of the Chester River Yacht & Country Club organized and participated in the 12th annual Pink Polar Bear Golf Tournament this summer, raising a record $10,200 to benefit patients served at the Eleanor & Ethel Leh Women’s Center at UM Shore Medical Center at Chestertown. This year’s event attracted nearly 90 club members and guests. Since 2015, the event has raised over $30,000 to support breast cancer detection at the hospital.
