The Town of Rock Hall Engages Rivers & Roads Consulting to Conduct Feasibility Study for Workforce Training Center

The Town of Rock Hall has engaged Rivers & Roads Consulting, a leading consultancy based in Easton, Maryland, to conduct a comprehensive feasibility study for the establishment of a marine trades workforce training center. This initiative, funded by The Upper Shore Regional Council, aims to address the evolving needs of the marine trades sector in Rock Hall and support the growth and sustainability of the local economy.

Rivers & Roads Consulting, in collaboration with Rock Hall Mayor James Cook and other key stakeholders, will lead the feasibility study to assess the workforce development needs of marine-oriented businesses in the region. Through surveys, interviews, and data analysis, Rivers & Roads Consulting will gather valuable insights to inform the development of targeted training programs tailored to meet the specific needs of the local maritime community.
