The Garfield Center’s “(Stay) Home for the Holidays!” will be a family-friendly video program to enjoy during the holiday season. The resulting feature-length program is produced by GCA Executive Director Steven Arnold, and its performance run begins online on December 4th and will remain available for ticket buyers through December 20th.

Rep. Harris Announces Rural Development Grants to Upper Shore
Rep. Andy Harris, M.D. (MD-01) announced the award of two U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development grants to the upper shore, totaling more than $120,000. Specifically, Talkie Rural Broadband in Chestertown has been awarded $94,000 to fund the installation of fiber infrastructure to allow high-speed internet access for the Main Street vicinity in downtown Chestertown.
